Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs
To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our final shipping dates:
Standard Shipping: Order by 3pm Sunday, 14th December
Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain & Italy: Order by 3pm Thursday, 18th December. All orders will be shipped through DPD over this period.
Please note: While we’ll do everything we can to get your gifts shipped on time, these dates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed due to potential seasonal delays. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our UK based warehouse team will ship your order within 1 working day and then pass it over to our courier network. We will either deliver your order with Landmark Global, Deutsche Post, FedEx or DPD. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number. Our current shipping times from dispatch are 3 to 10 working days.
