If you are between sizes and unsure which to go for we recommend sizing up. Due to the cotton content in our socks there may be a small percentage of shrinkage in the washing cycle. Our sizing guide is only to help you find the best fit for you. Designs are a personal preference and all of our socks are dual gender - we encourage true self expression across our range.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs

To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our final shipping dates:

Standard Shipping: Order by 3pm Sunday, 14th December

Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain & Italy: Order by 3pm Thursday, 18th December. All orders will be shipped through DPD over this period.

Please note: While we’ll do everything we can to get your gifts shipped on time, these dates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed due to potential seasonal delays. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to pay duties?

Stance is covering all duties, so you do not have to pay any additional duties when your order arrives. All taxes are included within the price you see, and you will not incur any additional costs. Orders sent to Turkey, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland will need to pay duties on arrival, the customer must pay these duties, these are not Stance's responsibility.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our UK based warehouse team will ship your order within 1 working day and then pass it over to our courier network. We will either deliver your order with Landmark Global, Deutsche Post, FedEx or DPD. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number. Our current shipping times from dispatch are 3 to 10 working days.

Why is my country no longer listed?

We have temporarily suspended shipping to some countries in EU due to Brexit. We are working hard to bring countries back online in the coming weeks and months so please check back.

Will my parcel be delayed at the border?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse it will be passed to one of our selected couriers to be delivered to you. There is the potential for delays at the border, however our couriers will work to minimise these. If you experience any delays please don't hesitate to contact us .

How do I send back a return?

If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days. Please return your order and post it back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip. Please note, due to Brexit your postal office or courier service may ask to see your original order tracking details & order confirmation. Please state on the picking slip the reason for your return:

We unfortunately don't offer free returns, unless your product has been damaged or is faulty.

We recommend using a DDU recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit.
